UAE ambassador to Kuwait opens new military attache office

Rahma Hussein Al Zaabi, the UAE ambassador to the Kuwait, opened the UAE’s new Military Attache office in Kuwait on Thursday.

According to state news agency Wam, a number of GCC and Arab ambassadors and accredited military representatives to Kuwait attended the event.

The event was also attended by Dr Tariq Ahmed Al Hidan, assistant foreign minister for international organisations affairs, Lieutenant General Mohammed Khaled Al-Khoder, chief of the general staff of the Kuwait Armed Forces, Colonel Ahmed Seif Al Kaabi and members of the military attache’s office.

Mr Al Zaabi hailed the bilateral relations between the UAE and Kuwait in all diplomatic, commercial, cultural and political fields, expressing his wish that the military attache will contribute to the development of military, technical and security relations between the two countries.

He also wished success to the attache’s staff in boosting bilateral relations between the two countries.
