DUBAI // Commuters faced heavy congestion on roads across the country on Sunday morning.
While there were not any major accidents, police reported tailbacks on routes into Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
“There were no car accidents today, just a heavy density of vehicles,” said a spokesman for Dubai traffic police.
On its Twitter account, Dubai Police also issued a warning against speeding.
