ABU DHABI // Residents who have had issues paying their parking fines online can visit one of the Mawaqif customer service centres in the city.
They need to submit a copy of the parking violation ticket and pay the required fees.
A 25 per cent of the total amount is waived when one pays the fine within 15 days from the date of issue.
The online payment system is currently being updated, according to a customer service representative. The staff did not say when customers can start using the facility.
