Flights from Heathrow Airport to Abu Dhabi have not been affected by the disruptions caused by heavy fog in London this morning, a spokeswoman for Abu Dhabi Airport has said.
“Everything is on schedule,” said Elhame Bourani.
If the fog persists, Ms Bourani said there is a potential for delays or cancellations this afternoon or evening, when flights are scheduled to fly between the two cities.
The poor weather conditions grounded dozens of flights at Heathrow Airport.
“Due to extreme fog conditions we are expecting some schedule disruptions this morning, please contact your airline prior to travelling,” Heathrow Aiport tweeted on Wednesday morning.
