ABU DHABI // Tickets for this year’s Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix are almost sold out, Yas Marina Circuit announced on Sunday.
According to the organisers, there are less than 6,000 tickets remaining and they are on course to sell out the 60,000 tickets.
Tickets for The Lounge North, Abu Dhabi Hill and West Grandstand categories have sold out completely, while individual tickets for West Grandstand and Marina Grandstand have limited availability.
Space is also running out across the range of enhanced packages available in the corporate hospitality categories, including Al Diyhafa, Marsa Suites and Marsa Boxes.
“We have seen high demand for this year’s race already, and are down to our final 10 per cent of tickets available across the all packages,” said Al Tareq Al Ameri, chief executive of Yas Marina Circuit.
“Our corporate offering is even stronger than last year’s and we are seeing the enhanced packages doing really well with both local and international audiences.”
Tickets are available online at www.yasmarinacircuit.com and through the Yas Marina Circuit Call Centre on 800 927 or +9712 6599800, and at all Etihad Shops and Virgin Megastores.
