DUBAI// Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, has issued three decrees promoting a number of Dubai Court judges.
Dubai Court Appeal judges Yehia Abu Shoura, Omran Mohammed and Shareef Salam were promoted to judges of the Court of Cessation according to the decree.
The decree promoted First Instance Court judges Isamuddin Amir, Nasseruddin Nasser, Mohammed Khalil, Mustafa Al Shergawi, Ismail Younis, Ahmed Omarah and Medhat Mansour to judges of the Appeal Court.
First Instance Court judge Khalil Mustafa Mohammed Khalil was promoted to judges of the Appeal Court.
The decrees are valid from July 1 and will be published in the Official Gazette.
