Sheikh Abdullah has discussions with Egyptian foreign minister

The foreign ministers of the UAE and Egypt discussed ways of strengthening relationships, according to Wam.

The Foreign Minister has discussed the latest developments in Egypt with his counterpart in the country.

In a phone call made yesterday from Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed to Egypt's Nabil Fahmy, the pair talked about a roadmap for progress in the country.

According to state news agency WAM, they agreed that both countries would also continue to work towards strengthening the relationship between the UAE and Egypt.

Other issues discussed included developments in Palestine and the Syrian crisis.
