Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, released the inmates of various nationalities who had served half their terms and demonstrated good conduct at Sharjah’s correctional and punitive establishments.

The release aimed to bring joy and hope to inmates, their relatives and friends, so that the joy of Eid is present for them.

Major General Humaid Mohammed Hudaidi, chief of Sharjah Police, expressed his deepest thanks to the ruler for the generous initiative.
