DUBAI // A chauffeur who tried to blackmail his boss's wife into having an affair with him has been sentenced to three months in prison.
YE, 22, from Pakistan, started flirting with the woman months after he was hired by her husband. She asked him to stop but he persisted and told her he possessed indecent images of her that he would show to her husband if she did not sleep with him.
He continued to harass her so on September 4 of this year she reported him to police.
At the Criminal Court he confessed to a charge of blackmail.
He will be deported after completing his jail term.
