DUBAI // Sacrificial meat worth Dh2.5 million is to be handed out to poor families around the world by the Dubai Charity Association during Eid Al Adha.

About 6,210 sacrificial animals will be distributed, both inside and outside the UAE, the state news agency Wam said on Tuesday.

About 4,210 carcasses will be given out in 24 countries around the world, mostly in Africa, in addition to 2,000 in the Emirates.
