An investigation has been launched into the death of an Ethiopian woman found with multiple injuries on a road in the Sajja area of Sharjah.
Police were called on Saturday night by a passer-by who found the woman bleeding profusely.
She was carried to Al Qassimi Hospital, where she died a few minutes after arrival.
Police are investigating whether it was a hit and run incident or a murder.
