DUBAI // Children’s City in Dubai is organising a selfie competition ahead of the upcoming 43rd National Day.
The Children’s City Selfie competition aims at spreading awareness about UAE national values and instil loyalty into the hearts of young people, said Naila Al Mansoori, head of Children’s City.
People of all ages can participate in the contest by taking their picture with the UAE flag in the frame or background of Children’s City.
The picture should be posted on Instagram and tagged to @childrencity, using the hashtags #childrencityselfie and #childrencity. Images must be submitted by November 27.
The winner’s name is to be announced during National Day activities and prizes will be awarded, Ms Al Mansoori said.
Children’s City is the country’s first education city for children ages 2 to 15, and is designed to help children interact in family and school groups.
