DUBAI // A man who had just lost his virginity to a maid in her sponsor’s villa was arrested after he got lost and asked security guards for directions, Dubai Court of Misdemeanours has heard.
Pakistani defendant A K, 31, had met Filipina maid L H, 34, on Facebook in June last year and they talked online for more than a month.
The pair decided to meet on October 2 last year, so he went to the villa where the maid worked while her sponsors were away.
He arrived at the Emirates Hills villa at about 2am and the pair had sex, records show.
When he left in his car he lost his way and was spotted by a security guard, whom the Pakistani asked for directions.
“I saw this strange car in the neighbourhood and it was obvious the driver was lost,” said Sudanese security guard A A, 48.
“I stopped him to ask if he needed help and he asked about directions but he was scared and tried to just leave fast, so I suspected something was not right.”
The guard pressed the driver about why he was in the neighbourhood. “He then told me he was visiting his girlfriend and that they had sex,” said the guard, who then called police.
In court, the maid said: “This is not true – we did not have sex, we are just friends. And the guard caught him when he had just arrived to the villa, before we even managed to sit with one another.”
She insisted that they were just friends and told judges that he had brought a meal for both of them but was arrested before they got to eat.
However, a forensics report confirmed that they had sex.
They were sentenced to one month in jail each for sex outside wedlock, to be followed by deportation.
