DUBAI // An Asian man was killed in a traffic incident on the Dubai-Al Ain Road on Tuesday.
A small bus crashed into a pickup truck that was parked on the hard shoulder, said Dubai Police, adding that a number of other people were injured in the incident.
“The driver of the small bus was killed and a number of passengers were injured,” a police statement said. “The driver of the pickup truck, an Arab man, was seriously injured and transferred to hospital.”
Units from Dubai Civil Defence were at the scene to put out the fire that erupted as a result of the crash.
