An immigration officer is on trial at the Federal Supreme Court for allegedly passing on classified information to a foreign agent.
J B, 28, an Emirati warehouse guard at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, is accused of passing on a list of names of Iranian nationals wanted by the UAE Government to an intelligence officer at the Iranian consulate in Dubai. J B on Monday denied the charges.
The case was adjourned to February 2.
