Sheikh Majid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid, the chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, on Saturday led a procession of more than 100 4x4s through Dubai, as part of the second UAE Land Rover Show.
Owners turned out for the event in Land Rovers old and new, driving in convoy.
Among the vehicles were two classic Land Rovers from the private collection of Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, and four "specially equipped" models from the Al Attar family.
Dubai Police, which helped organise the event, were on hand to offer motorists advice on road safety.
