A delegation from the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation has inspected the progress of water station projects in Sudan.
The project involved the digging of seven water stations in Kordofan and Darfur, as well as three stations elsewhere, state news agency Wam reported.
The team also inspected a wheat harvest project being implemented by the foundation for the second consecutive year.
More than 100 tonnes of wheat was produced as part of the initiative and delivered to the Islamic Da’wa Organisation in Khartoum for distribution among those in need.
