A hotel that waited more than a year for a licence has been granted permission to serve alcohol.
The Grand Millennium Al Wahda is serving alcohol in Portobello, an Italian restaurant, and Al Wahda, an all-day dining establishment, said Sanja Vecanski, a marketing representative for the hotel.
