Heavy traffic in Abu Dhabi ahead of Grand Prix



There is heavy traffic on Sunday morning in Abu Dhabi with an influx of people arriving in the capital ahead of the Grand Prix.

Traffic was at a standstill near Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Sheikh Zayed Bridge about 9am with commuters and formula one fans making their way into the city.

More than 60,000 people are expected to attend the final race of the F1 season which is taking place in Abu Dhabi on Sunday.

Motorists in Dubai were warned to drive carefully near Oasis Mall following an accident involving two vehicles which has caused significant delays.
