AJMAN // The Federal Electricity and Water Authority will cut water supplies on Tuesday for 24 hours in areas of Ajman.
Water will be cut in Al Hamidiyah, Al Raqaib and Al Jurf due to a new, major water connection being installed.
The aim is to improve water services, said Mohammed Al Shemsi, director of the corporate communications department at Fewa.
“The water will be cut in these areas for one day to do a new major connection to an 800-millimetre water line to improve services,” he said.
The director added that if customers have any queries, they can call the authority for free on 800 3392.
