UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs launches a citizens affairs page

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched a Citizens Affairs page on its website to give Emiratis easy access to information and services in accordance with the UAE e-Government initiative.

The page is designed according to the latest technologies and international standards and approved by the United Nations.

Mohammed Al Raisi, acting undersecretary of the ministry said the web page provides all the required services for UAE citizens outside the country.

He also said that the page will give UAE citizens abroad the ability to complete all their consular transactions, including passport renewal or loss, “To Whom It May Concern” certificates, return-tickets requests, and accident reports, as well as travel guide information.
