UAE leaders meet to discuss national interests

ABU DHABI // Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, met Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, in Abu Dhabi on Sunday evening to discuss national interests.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed expressed pride over the social bond among different segments of the society which was clearly reflected during Ramadan, reported the state news agency Wam.

The leaders discussed ways to provide good living standards to the citizens across the country, it said.

They prayed to safeguard the UAE and its leadership and to bless the people of the UAE with further progress and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.
