The humanitarian relief team based in the UAE-Jordanian camp in Murayjib Al Fuhood has maintained its sustained efforts to reach the largest number of disadvantaged families in Jordan, in cooperation with charity organisations accredited by Jordan’s ministry of social development.
The group distributed aid to 1,000 poor families on Monday and Tuesday in Al Mafraq in cooperation with a childcare charity organisation. The aid included food parcels, blankets, clothes and dates.
Daniel Farhan, assistant director of the charity, thanked the UAE and the Red Crescent Authority for aid to people of Northern Badiya in Jordan and to Syrian refugees in Al Mafraq. He said a partnership between the charity and the UAE Red Crescent derives from good relations, under the guidance of wise leaders.
