Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme approves Dh375 million in housing assistance

The board of directors of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme has approved Dh375 million in housing assistance for 715 eligible Emiratis.

Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Public Works and the chairman of the national housing scheme, announced the approval under the directives of the President, Sheikh Khalifa, and the Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, and is being followed up by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, state news agency, Wam, reported.

The approval of the new housing assistance coincides with Eid Al Adha and Arab Housing Day, said Dr Al Nuaimi.

The Dh375 million covers 102 residential housing grants, 584 housing loans, of 28 government houses as well as applications in the category of “Establishing a House.”
