Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, said the UAE’s leadership has been increasingly focused on improving health care as it seeks to provide the highest standard of medical care for citizens and residents.
He spoke at the opening of the Frontiers in the Diagnosis and Management of Gastro-oesophageal Reflux Disease Conference in Dubai on Thursday.
He stressed the importance of tackling digestive diseases that could lead to fatal complications. Nearly 300 physicians and specialists attended.
