Sheikh Mohammed establishes International Humanitarian City Authority

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has formed the International Humanitarian City Authority, which is chaired by Princess Haya bint Al Hussein.
The decision was issued in Decree number 5 of 2015 and included forming the Board of Directors of Dubai International Humanitarian City Authority.
The Decree names Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein as the chairwoman of the board and Ibrahim Bumelha as deputy chairman
The board comprises eight other members including: Abdullah Al Habbai, Abdullah Al Shaibani, Major General Mohammed Al Marri, Helal Al Marri, Hashim Al Qasim, Saeed Hareb, Dr Mohammed Al Falahi and Hamad Al Shamsi.
The decree is effective as of 19th December 2014 and is soon to be published in the Official Gazette.
