ABU DHABI // Mubadala has announced its fifth annual Youth Forum will be held in the capital next month at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre on October 7.
Under the theme “From College to Career”, this year’s forum will feature a panel of young UAE nationals sharing their experiences of working in the private sector with the aim of inspiring the attending Emirati students.
Next month’s forum will include the second Youth Award competition, which recognises young Emiratis which have had the greatest positive impact on UAE society.
Nominations for the award are still being accepted and due by October 4.
Speakers at the event will also include Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Mubadala chief executive, Homaid Al Shemmari, chief executive of Mubadala Aerospace and Engineering, Dr Majid Al Qassimi, veterinarian and director at the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi, and Iman Al Qassim, Mubadala associate director of human capital.
The forum is open to Emiratis between the ages of 17 and 25.
