DUBAI // Dubai Municipality has distributed monetary gifts to its staff who had to work over the Eid Al Adha holiday after an order from its director general.
Hussain Nasser Lootah ordered the gifts and the Human Resources Department visited workers on location in Al Barsha, Al Quoz, Bur Dubai and Muhaisnah, as well as at public gardens and parks.
A total of 5,000 workers received bonuses from the Labour Appreciation Fund, which was recently launched by Mr Lootah.
