ABU DHABI // The emirate will for the next 50 days welcome new ideas and development suggestions as part of the government’s Golden Jubilee campaign.
The initiative, Imagine Abu Dhabi, is due to be launched on Sunday and will provide people with the opportunity to share their best ideas to better Abu Dhabi emirate.
“Whether it’s building infrastructure projects, offering investment opportunities, launching social initiatives and campaigns, or even the development of current government services in the emirate, we welcome all ideas,” it said on the initiative’s website.
After 50 days, 10 proposals will be chosen after being evaluated in terms of the effects they will have on the city economically, environmentally and security-wise.
The government will work with the winners to develop their ideas, after which they can present them to top UAE officials, be rewarded and start getting them implemented.
