Housing approved for more than 500 Emiratis



More than 500 eligible citizens have been approved for replacement or maintenance of their housing. These projects are in implementation of the directives of the President Sheikh Khalifa and follow-up of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to secure adequate housing for UAE citizens, reported Wam, the state news agency.

The projects include maintenance of 105 houses at a cost of Dh40.1 million and urgent replacement of 75 houses at a total cost of Dh63.9m. The committee also approved construction of 330 houses for citizens in Ajman, costing Dh239.3m and completion of a 45-house residential complex in Umm Al Quwain at a cost of Dh37.4m.
