Fujairah Police launch theft protection awareness campaign

The campaign is in line with the strategy of the Ministry of Interior to promote the integration and collaboration of all to work on security and safety in the emirate.

Fujairah Police launched the campaign “Together, to protect our homes from thefts” for the second quarter of 2015. It is in line with the strategy of the Ministry of Interior to promote the integration and collaboration of all to work on security and safety in the emirate.

Col Hamid Al Yamahi, director of police operations lauded the efforts of the ministry. He said that during the three-month campaign, patrols will focus on security hot spots.Awareness brochures and home protection guides against theft have also been distributed.

Organisers will use a radio campaign to strengthen outreach in the emirate, and will broadcast a morning traffic security bulletin.
