Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa, advisor to President Sheikh Khalifa, met with Maj Gen Gerald Grosvenor, the sixth Duke of Westminster, to discuss ways to develop economic co-operation between Abu Dhabi and London.
Dr Sheikh Sultan said it was important to strengthen economic ties between the two countries, while the Duke of Westminster said he looked forward to opening up prospects for greater investment in Abu Dhabi and promoting trade and investment opportunities in London, the state news agency Wam reported on Wednesday.
The Duke expressed his admiration for Abu Dhabi and the cultural development witnessed by the emirate in all fields, and hailed the warm welcome he received during his visit.
