DUBAI // Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has ordered the release of 892 Emirati and expatriate inmates from Dubai’s correctional and punitive establishments on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
