AJMAN // Ajman Police General Headquarters launched a self service machine to measure the happiness index of the public and prove other services in City Center.
The machine will offer a package of services such as follow up of employment applications and the possibility of communication with the police.
It will also provide information about the flow of traffic, penal and correctional facilitates, directions to them and information on other police centers.
More than 12 similar devices will be launched across shopping malls in the emirate as the aim of the service is to provide high quality services in order to achieve customer satisfaction in line with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s initiative.
