AJMAN // A 3-year-old girl has fallen to her death from the fourth floor of a building.
She was taken to Khalifa Hospital in Ajman, where doctors tried in vain to save her after her fall at noon on Monday.

“I was at the Accident and Emergency Department when I saw more than 10 doctors running toward the girl, who came by ambulance, and the injury was in her head because I saw the blood covering her whole head,” Alia Ibrahim, 53, said.
Doctors tried to resuscitate her in the hospital, Ms Ibrahim added, who then heard a doctor saying “no response from the girl” before another medic covered the girl’s body. “At that moment, I knew that she died,” Ms Ibrahim said.
The witness said she saw the girl’s mother shouting and crying after learning of her daughter’s death.
Police arrived shortly after to begin their investigation.
