SHARJAH // A fire has gutted two car rental shops in the Al Yarmouk area of Sharjah.
The fire erupted in one of the rental shops on Tuesday and spread to an adjacent building and damaged two apartment blocks.
Civil Defence were called to the incident at 4:47pm and dispatched teams to the location where they were able to contain the fire.
There are not believed to be any casualties.
Fire crews handed over the site to a forensics team and an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
