UAE weather: Temperatures peak in mid 40s across the country

In Dubai, the temperature will reach 41°C while Abu Dhabi is forecast to have a maximum of 42°C

Temperatures in coastal areas could hit 43°C while inland it could reach up to 46°C and there is the possibility of some sand and dust blowing.

In Dubai, the temperature will reach 41°C with the wind speeds of up to 5 kilometres per hour. Abu Dhabi is forecast to have a maximum of 42°C and wind speeds up to 13kph.

Humidity along the coast is forecast to reach 85 per cent, while the interior could be at 65 per cent.

The National Centre of Meteorology said Sunday would bring fair to partly cloudy skies, with a chance of convective clouds forming eastward and southward by the afternoon, which may bring rainfall.
The light to moderate winds, freshening during daytime, could blow dust and sand over exposed areas.
The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman Sea.
