Temperatures in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will reach as high as 41°C on Thursday, and the hot weather is set to rise over the weekend. Skies will remain clear during the morning hours but will turn hazy and partly cloudy by Thursday afternoon, especially in the eastern parts of the Emirates. According to the National Centre of Meteorology, a light to moderate breeze will continue throughout the day. Humidity will increase at night on Thursday and will continue into Friday morning, with mist forming during the early hours across northern parts of the country. Temperatures will reach as high as 44°C on Friday and humidity will rise to more than 50 per cent. Light to moderate winds reaching 28kmph may cause dust to be blown over exposed areas.
