DUBAI // A 19-year-old, M A, denied raping an autistic man, A S, while both were being detained at Al Rashidiya police station.
At the Dubai Criminal Court last week, M A, denied rape and physical assault charges.
Prosecutors told the court that M A had on June 20 last year and even earlier, raped his Emirati compatriot, who suffers from autism.
The defendant denied both charges in court.
The next hearing will be on March 24.
