The Emirati businessman Dr Khalaf Al Habtoor will receive an international award in recognition of his leadership in education, philanthropy and building bridges between the East and West.
At the Arab-US Policymakers Conference next week in Washington, DC, the National Council on US-Arab Relations will present him with their Global Humanitarian and Business Achievement Award.
His long-time friend, former US congressman Paul Findley, will accept the award on Dr Al Habtoor’s behalf.
