UAE Deputy Prime Minister meets Emirati students in France



ABU DHABI // Lt Gen Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, on Tuesday met a group of Emirati students in Paris who are studying at various French universities and institutions.

Sheikh Saif conveyed the greetings and best wishes from the UAE leadership to the students who are on government-funded scholarships.

He described the students as a source of pride for their country, adding the government pays great attention to the students and keenly follows their academic performances.

Madhed Hareb Al Khaiili, the UAE Ambassador to France; Major General Nasser Lakhreibani Al Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and a number of officials also attended the meeting, reported Wam, the state news agency.
