Surveillance cameras installed on Western Region school buses

ABU DHABI // Emirates Transport in the Western Region has installed 1036 surveillance cameras in 148 school buses, with seven cameras in each bus.

According to Al Ittihad, The National's Arabic-language sister publication, this the second batch of school bus surveillance cameras to be installed.

The Director of Emirates Transport office in the Western Region, Mohammed Saif Al Mazroui, said the company is preparing for the coming school year by equipping buses with the cameras to ensure the safety of school transportation.
