Khalifa University undergraduates are taking part in the annual Innovation Exhibition at their Abu Dhabi campus.
They are demonstrating their expertise in areas including robotics for unmanned aerial vehicles, mobile applications designed to assist in safe driving and elderly care, the state news agency Wam reported.
Dr Arif Al Hammadi, executive vice president of the science-focused university, said the projects represented four years of work.
He said they were designed to create skills that met the needs of the UAE’s market and the interest of government and industry groups.
