ABU DHABI // Pupils at an Abu Dhabi school will be able to work with professional engineers to solve challenges inspired by Boeing as part of an after-school programme.

The five-week Curiosity Machine programme will teach the pupils in grades three to five science, technology, engineering and mathematics (Stem) subjects through hands-on engineering design challenges, each of which presents fundamental science or engineering concepts and asks students to use simple materials to come up with possible solutions.

The programme is a collaboration between the Abu Dhabi Education Council, Mubadala Development Company and Boeing, and is being offered at Al Afaaq public school.
