Dubai driver killed after losing control of vehicle



DUBAI // A man was killed and two others injured in a car accident on Hessa Street in the emirate this morning.

Major General Mohammed Saif Al Zafeen, the director of the general department for traffic, said that the accident occurred at 6am this morning Hissa street as a Toyota FJ Cruiser swerved and crashed into the central reservation.

The driver failed to control the steering wheel, which caused the car to topple over onto the middle road line, he said.

The driver died immediately on the scene while the two passengers sustained severe and light injuries.

All three have yet to be identified.
