DUBAI // A drunk worker bit the tip of his room-mate’s finger during an argument, leaving him with a six per cent permanent disability, Dubai Criminal Court heard on Thursday.

Sri Lankan S H, 29, confessed to a charge of assault but said he did not mean to do it and he also confessed to consuming alcohol illegally.
