The second round of the open-entry Yas Super Street Challenge will be held on February 26 and 27, with more than 90 drivers competing in five categories.
“Drag racing is extremely popular among UAE youth and we are delighted to be able to open up our purpose-built drag strip to them,” said Al Tareq Al Ameri, chief executive of Yas Marina Circuit.
“We are constantly striving to encourage grassroots motorsport in the UAE and the Yas Super Street Challenge is the perfect platform to engage with all those out there that are as passionate about racing as we are.”
