The Ministry of Finance signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme and the Emirates Development Bank to provide housing loans to UAE nationals.
The agreement supports President Sheikh Khalifa’s vision to ensure quality living conditions for Emiratis.
The MoU states that the ministry will offer Dh5 billion over the next five years to finance housing loans and residential complexes.
