DUBAI // Two teenagers who raped a boy and filmed the attack on a mobile phone have lost their appeal against deportation.

The pair, from Pakistan, abused the 15-year-old Indian to show him they were the "leaders" in the area.

They met the child and his nine-year-old brother near their house in Abu Hail and asked them to go to an abandoned villa nearby.

When the boy refused, the teenagers began dragging him there, so he ordered his younger brother to run away. They slapped and beat the boy before threatening to stab him. He was then thrown to the floor and the teenagers took turns raping him, recording the attacks on a mobile phone.

They told him to do as they said or they would post the footage on the internet. But when the boy returned home, bleeding, he told his mother and police were called.

DNA traces on the boy matched those of his two attackers.

The teenagers said the boy offered to have sex with them for Dh5.

The Juvenile Court convicted them and ordered their deportation. The Appeal Court upheld the verdict last week.
