DUBAI// A verdict in the case of man accused of spiking a 13-year-old girl’s drink and then raping her in his car after taking her out from school has been delayed.
On Sunday, Dubai Criminal Court decided to allow defence lawyers to submit further evidence.
The defendant BA, who holds a Comoros Islands passport, denied raping the girl but confessed to taking her out of school for a ride before he dropped her back to her family’s house.
